Bounce helps merchants recover revenue from declined transactions by working alongside their existing payment system. This documentation covers the merchant-facing APIs provided by Bounce. To enable Bounce’s services, three key components are required:
  • Integration with Bounce’s declined transaction API endpoint
  • Implementation of Bounce’s JavaScript snippet on your site, including the connection event (see Front End Integration section)
  • Transaction visibility, either through webhooks or direct payment system access, allowing Bounce to monitor all charged transactions
